We use your personal information for the aforementioned purposes to uphold our contractual obligations to you where much of our processing of personal information is done to fulfill our contractual responsibilities to our investors or to respond to User requests in advance of entering into a contract, and to comply with our legal obligations. 3. Data Retention

Upon submission of government-issued identification documents or accredited school identification, Tacom will retain the documents for verification. Submitted works in Google Drive will retain a total of 300 days. It is advised that the information you will provide us should be accurate and the latest information. Furthermore, the information that Tacom will receive may be duplicated for backup and the purpose of business transparency for a considerable time. 

 

Tacom only stores your personal information for as long as is required for the purposes set out in this data protection information, except a more extended retention period is needed or authorized by law (for example, tax, accounting, or other legal provisions). This notice has no intention of requiring us to maintain your personal information longer than the user has an account with us. 

 

Suppose Tacom does not have a legitimate business need to process your information. In that case, we will remove or anonymize the data or, if this is not possible (for instance, because your data is stored in backup files), we will keep it protected. If we learn that personal information has been collected from a user under the age of 13, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable steps to immediately remove that information from our records. Promotional Messages. We may use your Personal Information to send you promotional content and messages from Tacom or our partners (acting on Tacom’s behalf) via e-mail, text messages, notifications within our platform, marketing calls, and other similar forms of communication. If you do not wish to receive promotional messages or calls, you may notify Tacom at any time or follow the "unsubscribe" or "STOP" instructions included in promotional communications.

Service and Billing Messages. Tacom may also contact you with vital information about our Services or how you've been using them.
